Summary

Teenage detective and troublemaker Atlanta Burns is back, this time roped into solving a pair of seemingly disconnected murders -- first, the murder of her friend, Chris Coyne, and second, the murder of a little white terrier named Sailor Moon. She finds herself tangling with the worst elements of a corrupt town, including a passel of Neo-Nazis, a corrupt cop, and a dog-fighting ring called "The Farm." How far will Atlanta go to solve the murders and get revenge on the killers?
